Meet the Club Wake Park team
The team of 2013
Toby does the majority of the driving and coaching, as well as competing at Professional events such as the WWA Rail Europeans at Wakestock where he made the finals in 2013.
With 8 years of riding experience and having built Club Wake Park up from scratch, Toby is in a great position to pass on tips and knowledge to all customers at Club Wake Park whatever their ability.
Ash only started riding last summer but has already progressed to landing inverts and hitting the rails with style. Ash is a great coach for beginners as learning to ride is still fresh in his mind.
Ash is a true product of how easy learning to wakeboard is on a WakeStation as he could hold his own in competition with riders with 5 or 10 years of riding experience
Setup: Liquid Force Peak with Vantage Bindings
Favorite CWP obstacle: The VIndis Quarter Pipe
Sponsors: Club Wake Park, Mr Kipling (He Wishes!)
Weather he‘s away competing at an event or coaching in the park. Ash is always full of energy and ready to ride. He‘s always pushing himself to the next level with both his riding and coaching, and never shy‘s away from a party.
High energy and enthusiasm for wakeboarding is contagious and Ash is one of the best at spreading it.
Tom first learnt to wakeboard here at Grendon lakes behind the boat when he was still in primary school.
Now nearly a decade on and Tom is competing at an international level in both boat and cable events. Riding on the GB development squad, Tom is set to make big waves in wakeboarding for years to come so its well worth listening to what he has to say.
Jamie has been involved at Club Wake Park since day one when the lorry from Germany arrived with the cable. Another rider converted from a boat riding background Jamie now tares up the water in the wake park dropping hammers like a switch crow 5 just because we bet him he couldn‘t.
Winning the Open Men‘s division of the first ever Smash the Park Jamie is a natural coach and loves seeing other riders progress the same way he has.
In between traveling the globe engineering for a world touring car team, Daz spends as much time as possible at Club Wake Park. From coaching groups to building new obstacles, there‘s nothing he can‘t achieve. Daz will be seen tearing up the rails rain or shine all year round as he always makes the most of any water time available.
